Terms & Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to attend the 2023 Fill Your Cup Conference (the “Event”), an event held by Copperheart Creative, LLC (“Copperheart”) at 14TENN (the “Venue”), you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions stated in this event ticket license (the “Terms”).

1. REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS. Tickets for the Event are non-refundable and non-transferable except as otherwise stated in these Terms.  Resale of your ticket in violation of these Terms will immediately invalidate the license granted by your ticket purchase. Except as specifically stated in these Terms, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. EVENT CANCELLATION. The Event is subject to cancellation for any and all reasons, including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, and pandemic, uncontrollable, and/or imminent spread of contagious disease. If the Event is canceled, you will have the option of attending the rescheduled event or submitting a refund request. 

3. TERMINATION OF THE LICENSE GRANTED BY THESE TERMS. Immediate grounds for termination of this license (and your attendance at the Event) include, but are not limited to:

a. ONBOARDING: You are expressly prohibited from conducting, arranging, announcing, holding, or otherwise engaging in or creating any other event during, or within three (3) calendar days before or after, the Event dates, within fifty (50) miles of the Venue (otherwise known as or referred to as “onboarding”);

b. ENGAGING IN PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR. Engaging in aggressive sales tactics, hostility, or comments or conduct that is racist, derogatory, disorderly, bigoted, hateful, or otherwise disruptive to the ordinary enjoyment of the Event by any other attendees (all in Copperheart’s sole and exclusive judgment);

4. PHOTO RELEASE. You irrevocably grant a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right and license to Copperheart to capture and use your image, photograph, likeness, and voice (the “Property”) as captured and/or recorded in connection with your attendance at the Event. Copperheart may use and authorize others to use the Property for Copperheart’s own publicity and promotional purposes on social media, the Copperheart and Event websites, and in connection with future events, whether done in print or online.  

5. WAIVER. Your attendance at the Event is completely voluntary and, although unlikely, may result in personal injury or personal property theft. By attending the Event, you acknowledge and assume all risks before, during, and after the Event, whether outside or within the Venue. You further acknowledge that Copperheart will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), property damage or other loss suffered as a result of your attendance at the Event, and you fully and forever release Copperheart for any and all claims, including, but not limited to, right of publicity, negligence, and any and all other claims (referred to as “Claims”) incurred or alleged by you that is in any way connected to the Event, and you will indemnify and hold Copperheart harmless from any and all claims, including attorneys’ fees and costs arising out of or related in any way to the Event and/or your attendance at or participation in the Event.

6. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATING THESE TERMS. Note: Your ticket is a revocable license! If you are found to violate these Terms and/or any of Copperheart’s posted notices or policies at the Event, the license granted by your ticket to the Event will be immediately terminated, you may be asked to leave the Event, ejected, and/or escorted out of the Venue, and you will not be issued a refund of any portion of the purchase price of your ticket.
