Diana R. Patton, Esq., is the CEO and Founder of the Rise with Diana Consultancy, the All Rise Live Global Summit, and the Rise Advocates® Academy. Through these platforms, Diana and her team share their unique Path to Power, Purpose and Connection™ to help corporate women to speak up and advocate for themselves, using their authentic truth, to ensure they are seen, heard, and valued for their unique contributions. Their mission is to help women secure and connect their power and purpose to the promotions and compensation that reflect their invaluable worth. Drawing from her experience as a former Civil Rights Attorney, Corporate Executive, and through her work with hundreds of women, Diana provides the expertise to support both corporate women, and the organizations they work for, in creating more inclusive environments that reflect the diversity of the customers and clients they serve. The Rise Advocates® is a movement, with the goal of reaching 100,000 women from around the world.
Diana also founded the Rise with Diana Podcast, and the Head Full of Dreams - a nonprofit to mentor 5th and 6th grade girls - all to further her global mission of helping women speak up, advocate for themselves, and do their greatest work.
Diana is the bestselling author of her memoir, Inspiration in My Shoes, and This Yogi’s Journey, is a sought-after subject matter expert and speaker, listed on the APB Global Speaker Network, and is a TedX Speaker. She's spoken and provided consulting to several global corporations, and has over 10 years experience as a VoiceOver Actor, covering several global brands.
Diana has received numerous accolades for her work, with the awards she values most recognizing her mentorship of girls, from 5th graders to college student-athletes. Her most recent honor is the Distinguished Alumni Award from her alma mater, the University of Toledo.
Diana’s been featured in several news outlets like Authority Magazine, Good Morning Washington, FOXDC and WTOL 11, Inspired Success Magazine, and Do the Thing podcast, to name a few.
She is a former college track athlete. She says “once an athlete, always an athlete,” as she is an avid yogi, runner, and lover of everything well-being. Diana received her Health Coach designation from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Diana is married to the love of her life, David, and together, they have two adult children, CJ and CC.
