Amy Bream
Amy Bream is a Nike adaptive athlete with a passion for challenging herself with new boundaries and limits. She was born with a condition known as PFFD, meaning she is missing the majority of her right leg. Though she has lived in Nashville since 2014, Amy is originally from a small town in PA, where she grew up the youngest of four children in a family that taught her to never let her leg define what she could do.
She moved to Nashville with the intention of pursuing a music career, and somewhere along the way began sharing her story about growing up with a birth defect. She has worked for the last 5 years as Operation Director for Title Nash, the kickboxing gym where she also first started to train for competitive CrossFit. Amy began competing on a professional level in 2021, and since then has competed in multiple competitions in the lower extremity division, including at the 2021, 2022, and 2023 CrossFit Games.
